The team at ILDC, Inc. is a cohort of public and private sector professionals who have first hand consulting experience. The ILDC, Inc. team has over 40 years experience in Human Resource Development, Training, and Education.
Dr. Marc A. De Simone, Sr., our lead consultant and founder, is a survivor of the attack on America at the Pentagon on September 11, 2001, and has trained thousands of people in both the public and private sectors on such topics as: Transformational Leadership, The Learning Organization, Continuous Quality Improvement, Strategic Planning, Effective Team Building, Problem Solving, Customer Service and Satisfaction, Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Diversity, Process Consultation, Knowledge Management, Open Space Technology, and many more topics.
